Your Room
All rooms feature custom-designed traditional island furnishings, enhanced by bright tropical prints and have marble bathrooms with a classic pedestal sink. Both the ocean view and oceanfront guest rooms have balconies or patios and overlook the sea. The Grotto Bay Resort is a destination unto itself.
Dining
Select a dining experience to suit your mood. The elegant Palm Court decked out in sisal and terracotta is casual with a relaxed ambience. Whilst the Hibiscus Room is a little more formal and serves European cuisine with a Bermudian twist. Two hundred one newly refurbished guest rooms offer a spacious and contemporary space in which to unwind.
Facilities
The resort offers a laid back atmosphere, a warm Bermudian welcome and plenty of activities in which to partake. Take the three beaches, for example – you can sail, snorkel, windsurf, dive or go on a boat cruise. Alternatively, you can swim in the shallow waters off the private pink sandy beach, in the freshwater pool, or languish in the outdoor jacuzzi situated among a lush garden above the beach. Follow that up with an alfresco lunch at the Bayside Bar and Grill above the beach.
True to its name, the Grotto Bay Beach Resort has two caves in the gardens, where you can swim and explore. Other distractions to tempt you away from the beach include four tennis courts, two of which are floodlit, an oceanfront gym, a 500,000-year-old cave spa and a golf course that is just five minutes away.
